About the Role
As an FP&A Intern, you will…
- Corporate Finance Support: Assist in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and financial models, as well as gathering data for financial analysis.
- Gain Broad Business Exposure: Participate in corporate reporting, forecasting, strategic planning, market research, operational support, and ad-hoc projects vital to Dennis Group’s success.
- Contribute to Strategic Decision-Making: Assist in the preparation of internal research, analysis and supporting materials to inform the company’s management team.
- Develop your skills in a bilingual environment: Work collaboratively within a team, enhance your analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strengthen your communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
About you
- Academic Background: You're a bachelor’s student in Business, Finance, or Engineering, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Finance and Business. Your expected graduation date falls between July 2026 and July 2027.
- Driven Learner: While prior experience is not required, a demonstrated passion for finance and continuous learning is important. Participation in extracurricular activities is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required, and the ability to quickly learn new software is an advantage.
- Strong Fundamentals: You possess analytical and problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented approach, and strong interpersonal communication.
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment and are adaptable to a hybrid work model (office and remote).
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in Portuguese and Advanced English are required.
Hybrid work model (3 days per week in person) in São Paulo/SP, just a few meters from Paulista Metro Station.
